Activity Approval Information
In the chart below you will find the Activity Approval requirements for different types of events. All forms are to be filled out by the leader and turned into the AC when denoted. All troop events require a Level 1 Troop first aider unless Safety Wise checkpoints for specific activities dictate a Level 2 is needed. Additional Insurance is required any time a non-member attends the event and anytime the troop leaves the San Diego/Imperial Valley Council area or the Troop will be camping for more than 2 nights. Safety Management Plan is required for any Overnight/Troop Camping event. Below the chart are links to all needed forms. Activity Approval Form and Permission Slip are fillable forms and can be filled out and emailed directly to the AC, Julie Perry, at japerry500@cox.net
